What speeds do u all paddle shift at in 5AT?

again, u can rev it up as high as u want in whichever gear u want as long as u dont pass redline...even if u do get to redline it'll just start bouncing off the revlimit....i wouldn't keep pinning the needle at redline tho
I haven't made a study of this yet since I'm still breaking in, but I'd start with downshifting at 3K and see where it puts you at.
Some supercars don't have a redline on their tachs... they say the redline is courage..lol.

I doubt it would, they designed the car to be well within safe operating limits with it's current capabilities. You may increase wear and tear on the car, however I doubt you would ruin the tranny. The car has a redline of 7500 rpm, even then you probably have some safety built in there. You putting it to 6K is nothing, this car is a high strung car, to get to the real power you have to string it out to high rpms. If you were to say track this car or race it, the car would basically live up in that range. Think about other cars similar to this, I'm going to use Honda as an example. Their sports cars are known for being high revving. Yet they also have a reputation for being very reliable. Look at the S2000, any Type R, GSR, Si etc. Now in the long run your car may not last for as long as someone who drives like a granny but were talking a long time from now. The biggest thing you'd notice right away is your fuel economy would go down the drain if you kept driving in the high rpm band. Of course I'm also talking about a stock car, you start modifying things and it's all up in the air.
