Paddle shifter works during "D" mode
I just broke into 1000miles mark and realize that paddle shifter can be activated during drive mode by just down or up shifting it. Once you come to a stop it automatically reverts back to drive mode again. It was very useful during passing on highway.
Yeah that was demo'd to me on my test drive way back and has been covered on this forum a few times. It will actually revert back after a few seconds if you don't paddle shift again, or if you hold down one of the paddles for a second.

yep! it's very useful when you're cruising along in 5th and want to pass someone quickly. you don't have to think, "ok, now how much pressure do i need to apply to the throttle for it to drop only one gear? i know i don't need to be in 3rd at 5krpms to pass old grandma here..."
