It is a system of hyper ground wires that when strategically installed to the car's stock grounding system, its purpose is to minimize electronic chatter/ interference and allowing the intended electronic signals to work more efficiently resulting in quicker processing. Thus when a driver gives input, for example, to change gears- that signal is more cleanly sent because the ground wires are grounding out the chatter.
Many have even dynoes their cars after an install and reported gains of 2 or 3 hp vs baseline.

ther eis also lots of info on the G35 forums. You may have to search back a few years to find it though.

These "grounding " kit sem more like a proper electrical shield. I run into the all the time at work. If you dont have your shielding right you leave you signal open to intuction from other wires with voltagec on them. This causes noise in the original signal.

See what gets me is, if this does such a good job to the vehicle (not saying it doesn't) and helps it out in this sorta way, Why doesn't Nissan or Infiniti put this on the car to begin with?

Wouldn't it make sense? And yes I know this can go with a lot of things like turbo's, bigger engines, blah blah blah, but something that's like $100 or so... You'd think it'd be offered. Maybe NISMO will offer some stuff? Like they do for the Z

Usually grounding kits are made by small private company owners....for example on the IS forum I am apart of there are 2 suppliers of grounding kits, both have a great product and definitely are not large manufacturers.

Anyone handy in the electrical field and also understands automobiles really well can R&D there own kit and sell it to us owners. As long as you show me proof that the product works...(However you would test that, I am not sure...as i know nothing about electrical systems) and convince me that its worthy, ill buy it.
