Question Block Heater?

OK OK I know insert Cold Canada joke here. But does anyone know if Canadian Cars come with a block heater? My garrage is attached to the house but not heated so it would be a nice option.

Volvo's can be delivered with one, even remote start. NOT an option on american coupes that I can see. I spent a tour in Anchorage AK, everyone had block heates of some sort, our military vehicles were never turned off. Every place we drove to we could plug them in. Oil dipstick, head bolt heaters, heater blankets on the battery.

Hey Shumby, I believe it's on the left panel. If you need pics I'll post 'em for you in the DIY.
