I've heard good things about the "feel" of the Motordyne manifold - although the curves don't look all that impressive. Neverbonestock loves his.

OP - these are almost the exact same numbers before and after tune that I saw. I was a little disappointed having spent $650 for it.

What octane of gas did you tune on? I tuned on 91 - that's all we can get in Oklahoma. Tuner said I'd see +8hp on 93. My second map is a 93 map.

ya the number's don't really justify the $$, but I like knowing my engine's happy with the A/F ratio... max is 91 octane fuel here in AZ. I'll edit the post for that point

dyno'd @ 4th gear
A 7AT should be dyno'd in 5th gear. 1:1

A 5AT should be dyno'd in 4th gear. 1:1

Maybe thats why your numbers are high, especially Torque

@ TVPostSound: hmm you're right, 5th is 1:1 for the 7AT. Actually it was initially dyno'd at both 4th and 5th gears before tune, no real difference in numbers between the two pulls.. n I'm not sure why, but the tuner decided to stick to 4th for some reason.

Either way, those are good numbers.
I just left Stillen R&D, I baselined 299HP, with 243TQ. Stillen CAI and Magnaflow CBE. (NO HFCs) I was shocked.
They got me 301HP, and 244TQ, but raised the torque to peak at 3200, and straight across to 5500, just like yours.
My AF was 12.0, leaned it out to 12.7, and helped the throttle restriction.
Now that my speed limiter was raised to 200MPH, where do I go.

OP- Thanks for your review. I've been debating on if I should get the UpRev tune or not or if its really worth the money..

Guys, I have a 08 G37S coupe 6MT with CAI, HFC, and CBE.. I know it could depend on the type of parts too but I'm really hoping to get some gains after the UpRev tune.

So what exactly are the gains we get from the Uprev Tune??

-corrected A/F ratio?
-gains in WHP/TQ depending on bolt-ons?
-throttle responsiveness?
-extended speed limiter?
-how about fuel consumption?

From: Framingham Ma,
Everything you listed above you will get, On a manual you have higher numbers than he does. Autos lose more throught he drivetrain,. Al tho I shocked with mine since I have a X also.. But you will be around 310-315 WHP and 260ish WTQ.
