Exclamation Lc2i install help

I have read a lot of forums and also looked the wiring diagram up for my 08 g37s coupe with Bose and nav. I used 23-26 I have good power and my amp cuts on but I don't have any sound. The lc2i light comes on when I jump from power to remote but it's set to signal sense. Any ideas what my issue is? Thank you for your help

Yes I tapped the right signal wires. I used the blue quick connection but think I might have to get some of the red ones because they are smaller and the wire is small. If that doesn't work then the LCI is bad. What do you think?

Lci go bad new it happens I'd replace it first if you're going to have to retap wire esp if lci is still under warranty. Btw what amp are you using and is it set to the right setting for low pass?

I'm using a kicker amp and kicker subs they are set right as well.. I'm going to send it back and get another one and hopefully that will fix it if not I'm not sure what my other options are besides going to a shop and I don't really want to do that.
