Rear rotors

How do you remove the bolts on the rear calipers... I am looking for tips on how to get them the hell off. You really cant get too big of a wrench in there as I can in the front... Anyone have tricks or tips i can try to remove the bolts to take off the caliper.. The seem to be rusted at the ends but i sprayed wd40.. Maybe over night it will be easier.

i should have just ate my wheaties and would not have had this problem... haha

You try a steel pipe at the end of your wrench to extend your moment arm to get more torque?

PB Blaster works significantly better than wd40 from my experience.

Throw a pipe on the wrench.

Try using a 3/4" breaker bar - those things are solid.

Worst case, pay a pro to change the rotor and you can do the rest of the work yourself.

You will have to raise on two post lift and use jaw beaker from underneath to remove the caliper bolts.

Also you will not be able to torque them back to proper lb/tq. Brakes are your life line.

Take to nearest shop.

Can't agree with this. 1/2" breaker bar and a torque wrench worked for my G37S, in my garage and on jack stands. Hardest part is resisting from beating the crap out of the rotor, when trying to get it off the hub. Harder than the front (jokingly easy), but still easy.
