I would be flattening that back yard and turning that area into a mini shop with those ramps.
That tree would be holding a tent/shade/roof for the rest of its life.

I'll have to check on it, it looks like an old leak, but got to check lol thanks

It's called Kwik-Lift. New one is $1500, I was able to find one on FB marketplace for about $500
