Why my trunk gets dirty so quickly?

Hello guys,

A couple of months ago i did a polish and cquartz + reload on my car. I didn't have heavy swirls so a quick pass of 205 with orange cutting pad was just right. I finished with cquartz and reload (first ever experience).
Overall i am very happy, car doesn't get dirty as much so less car washes.

See the picture below:
This area of My car gets super dirty while rest of my car stays relatively cleaner. I am running 20x10 wheels in rear and i do have splash guard. Any idea why this is happening? Any solution? Diffuser? :/ thinking...
if i just hose off this area, all this gunk will come right off.. but its annoying why just this area?

Mind blowing, no matter how many of coats of wax or sealant always gets extremrtly dirty but the rest of stays spotless

^Great video which explains the situation. Basically, there is a low pressure area that forms behind the car at speed (shown in red above). This is normal aerodynamics and happens with every car to some extent. This is how NASCAR drivers can get trash off the front of their cars by drafting the car in front of them. The low pressure air sucks the debris right off the grille and they can go on racing normally.

yep, that was an issue with mine as well, ended up getting one of the rear roof spoilers from happy something or another on ebay and it seemed to minimize the amount that now collects on there.. and i think it adds a little extra to my car... so maybe a worthwhile mod... two birds with one stone type approach..

I have that roof spoiler as well, along with a trunk lid spoiler and the schmutz only gathers on the top ledge of the bumper now. Still annoying....

^^^definetely not a cure all but minimized the crud that builds up back there and improved aesthetics as well, so just something to consider ...
