Wheel adapters

I found a unique set of wheels that have a 5x120 bolt pattern. Can I use a wheel adapter to fit these on my car knowing they will also add space?

As long as you have 15mm (I think that's the minimum thickness) available to go outward you'll be ok, also be sure you order hubcentric adapters, the ones without the hubcentrics are more prone to vibration.

Any chance you have a picture of these wheels? I'm curious to see the uniqueness of them lol Are you getting a good deal on them for you not to want to order a set or look for one that's 5x114.3?

I'm running a set of 5x130 19mm adapters without issue. Been on the car 2-3 years now I think. I would make sure the new wheels have the little pockets on the mating surface for your stock studs, because those will most likely stick out past the adapter (my experience at least). I had some hubcentric ones made to match the bore on my wheels and car. No issues at all. Picked them up here: Wheel Adapters, Wheel Spacers, Hub Centric Rings | Motorsport Tech

My problem seems to be the thickness of the adapter will throw the offset to low and I am afraid the wheels will stick out. They are 42 offset, and the adapter is 1.25 inches (32mm), which will leave me with a +9 offset which is way to low. I am looking for at least a 25 offset in the rear. So I think I am going to pass on a great deal.

Have you checked high & low for adapters, IIRC they should have some as thin as 15mm.

Motorsport tech is the shizz. I used the company for spacers twice before in the past. Quality is top tier.
