Fixing scratches and curb scrapes

Got some scratches and curb scrapes on my Malbec Black IPL, looking for advice and ideas on how to get it fixed, obviously redoing the paint would solve all the issues but it would be the most expensive and is it even necessary to do that or can I just get it professionally retouched and then professional polish and wax would do the trick.

Very hard to determine corrective actions without pictures of the damage.

Agreed. Some damage can be greatly improved with proper wetsanding, polishing, etc. so you would avoid a trip to the body shop, but I would definitely need to see photos of the damage to even guess if it can be fixed without repainting.
