Solar gard supreme tint

Anyone used this tint? Feedback? I was ready to pay $200 for a 3M job but just got a groupon for a place that does this tint for less than $100 (normally charge $150 for 2 door cars)

I don't mind paying for quality but don't mind a good deal either. Any opinions?

What shop are you talking about? I think the shop's reputation is more important than the film they use. Shops can use good film and do bad work or mediocre film and do great work, it really depends. Let me know, I might be down for the groupon as well if it is still available.

The place is called empire auto detailer. In maryland. It's actually a deal on living social. Still available... I think I'm going to do it. They have positive reviews from what I've read.

I would do it, but don't they charge $20 if you live more than 20 min away from their location (which is in Northern baltimore looks like)? Plus, I dunno how much I trust a business that exists only from a van : )

I decided not to go with that deal. I looked at their facebook page and was not impressed... They had wash mitts laying on the ground next to cars, bad looking detail jobs, etc.

I ended up going to driven dynamics and all I can say is they are worth every penny. So professional and just nice guys. Met one of the owners and chatted about cars for 20 minutes. The tint came out perfect and offered a lifetime warranty on the 3M tint. Highly recommended.

Now that it is tinted, lets see some photos! I am off to Dallas today, but hope to squeeze in a quick wash and a few pics before hitting the road. I'd like to see yours to compare the two different brands.

Can't recommend Driven Dynamics and 3M products enough. Very happy. 35% all around. (Illegal in VA but still light enough not to draw too much attention)

Very nice. Mine seems lighter, probably due to the clear windshield...

Ha, my windshield is not tinted.. These pics are from my phone so they look darker than they really are. And it was dusk outside.
