Swirls from the body shop...can I fix these?
Theres some skinny swirl marks from where they either sanded or polished.
They sanded some of the hood, that much I know, but they also polished and waxed it. I'm wondering what these likely came from and if I can fix them myself with a random orbital. I want some other opinions though before I try to correct myself and let them off the hook.
My fingernail doesn't catch on any instances of this, and they don't *appear* to be deep. They are only apparent in some areas on the passenger side of the hood.
Sorry but this is about the best I could do with pictures:

I'd take it back to have them fix it, but this would be the third time going back there. I had some pinholing on the fender & part of the hood from a previous paint job and they sanded that down a bit to get rid of it.
It looks like this came from the last stages of their work and i'm hoping for the best (in that I can just do it myself).

They're more adequately described as pig tails. This was just pointed out to me on megs online. Soooo
Seems like it needs a pretty aggressive fix.
