Brown spots on my exhaust tips

There are brown spots on my 3 month old FI exhaust tips. what causes them?

i have already tried warm water and car shampoo, vinegar and baking soda with no luck. its only on the insides of the tip

how do i get rid of it? will a metal polish work?

pics attached. ignore the white powder thats some excess baking soda.

I believe Nevr-Dull would take them off.

what causes the spots?

anyone have a tried and tested method to remove the spots?
asking because i live in uae and its hard to get different cleaning products and try them out. if there is a specific one i could ask someone to bring it from the US for me.

its either normal browning or rust. stainless steel shouldnt rust unless its a cheaper grade of steel. Is it all the way around the tip or just on the bottom?

whatever the cause, I would use either one of these...i prefer blue magic

its all the way around on the insides. it cant be rust as the surface still feels smooth and i really hope fast intentions does not use some cheap quality stainless steel.

+1. Use it all the time on my tips.

PS - wear gloves! When you see this stuff clean rust/tar/soot/etc. away with ease, you have to know it can't be good for your skin.

OR try this, P21S Metal Polishing Soap, by far an absolute MUST when I clean my tips, works wonders, follow the direction and you are left with shiney tips regardless of whatever stains you may have on them..They worked excellent on mine post winter when the salt and sand got the best of my tips, after using this soap I was blown away by the results..
