Hey guys!

I just purchased a used G37S IP today from a private party. There is a scratch on the hood. The scratch went through the paint, so the mark is black. Is there a way to cover this?

Through the paint?? wow. Unfortunately, the whole hood will need to be repainted, as well as the front fenders and front bumper will probably need to be repainted to allow for blending. IP is a very hard color to color match seeing as how its a 3 stage process and unless everything is sprayed at one time, you wind up with different shades of color and non matching body panels. Picture of the scratch may help more. But if black is showing, that sounds like the protective coating that they put on the metal before paint.
