what is with the paint??

Ok a little background information.. I hit a deer and the quarterpanel had to be repainted. It looked great when it came out however after a few weeks this spot came up and has stayed exactly the same for the past month. I cant wash it out in a car wash and i doubt i can get it out.

now the question is before i go to the body shop to figure out what they can do I wanna know everyones opinion on what the it is. To me it appears as if someone with dirty hands leands on my car with the side of his palm. but at the same time it looks like the car paint can be fading or rusting. Someone let me know what you think it is so i know what to expect before i take it back to the body shop.

I'm not sure what I'm looking for.....maybe if you scale down the pic a little. Are you referring to the spot thats a little lighter? What have you done as far as trying to remove it?

Are you referring to that yellowish/greenish spot?

^ sorry just saw your post. I think I know exactly what the problem is! The bondo (body filler) is bleeding through the paint. It will not go away. The body shop will have to sand it down and start over. If they even think about just adding another layer of paint, it won't work.
