C-Squared Detailed: Rob's BO G37S

This car was a nice project. It had spots from dried tree sap, the typical swirls thanks to the soft clearcoat, and a lot of water spots.

Procedure:

Menzerna Intensive Polish Via Yellow and Orange Pad
Menzerna Intensive Polish Via Red Pad
Menzerna Final Polish Via White Pad
Mother's Carnauba Wax By Hand

The whole process took me about 5-6 hours, but the finish came out . I love working on black cars and Rob's car is really nice and well kept. I have some before pictures with all the bad water spots and tree sap but I figured I'd just post the finish product.

Looks great!

Did you use any sealant or some type of synthetic wax, or just went straight to carnuba after the polish?

That looks awesome! I just did mine last weekend, spent waaaaay more time than what you did and I don't think mine turned out nearly as well. Considering that was my first time using power tools and cutting polishes i'm just happy mine didn't come f'd up...

I guess I need to slap some carnauba on top of the FMJ... Waiting for George to send me the "stuff".

Thanks for the "formula"...
