a friend of mine backed her car out of her parking lot and into my car. what am i suppose to do? call her insurance company? do i need a police report? can someone give me the steps to take so i can get my car fixed? i know i posted in wrong section.. didnt know where to.

 

Your insurance might go up if you report it. Get an estimate and see if your friend will pay for it out of there pocket. If not then you have no choice to get all info and report it. Depends on how your friend is.

 

why would his insurance go up?? call your insurance company and report the incident to cover yourself. if your friend wants to pay it out of her pocket, she can let your insurance company know she will pay it.
