Anyone up here in Canada know how to update the GPS without getting robbed by Infinity? I heard it's a couple of hundred dollars for the simple update. I'd love to know another way that's not so painful on the pocketbook.

I have an aftermarket nav radio on my DD, and the cost of the Update CD's is usually around $120.00

Lucky for me, and thanks to the P2P community, I can download the update via torrents, burn to a DL-DVD, and slide that baby into the nav as it basically updates itself. I will check to see if the same applies for our G's since a couple of my buddies who have the non HDD navi want to update their GPS/Nav version also.

 

I did mine at the dealer for the 2011 map. First you pay for it online, then go to dealer for install
