So I contacted Markham Infiniti to get a bunch of stuff done to my car, and the guy at the service department tells me I DON'T GET A LOANER CAR BECAUSE I HAVE A U.S. VEHICLE.

What. The. ****?!

So for all of you Canucks who bought from the US, did you get this BS?

Oh, and the guy told me my car is not part of the airbag sensor recall. Like, really? That's funny, because I'm pretty sure the light doesn't come on when nobody is sitting there when it should be.

I already emailed Infiniti Canada about this. (I tried calling, but NO-F'ING-BODY is available)

That is the biggest Bull**** I have ever heard... An Infiniti is an Infiniti... Contact BBB or the corporate.

 

I wonder if I should go to another dealership after bitching about this to hq... I'm not sure what "class" of people work at the service dept.

 

i got a letter directly from infiniti for the airbag issue.
in terms of a loaner, you do not get is if yours is a us vehicle issue, tell them call hq and inquire because the last time you called, hq said its okay.
