Dealership is BSing me!!!
when it comes to body shop work being done, they just give you a ride to the nearest rental car company......and then you're stuck there waiting for a piece of dodo to drive................I like to abuse rental cars.......they do this if the job requires more than a day of repairs.

Well, this is the response that I got from Infiniti Canada:
In response to your inquiry, dealers are separate entities to Infiniti. We cannot comment on the service aspect of the business, we would recommend that you contact the Service Manager at the dealership, who would be in the best position to comment further on services offered at the dealership.

Yeah, ok. Just doing my Nogood/Shumby post whoring. Sorry to say it sounds like you have gone up the ladder at Infiniti and they threw the wrench right back into your face. Unfortunately, the dealer and all businesses today are watching every nickel and not as concerned about customer relations anymore. That is a fact. Call just about any businesses 800 service number right now and try to get anyone to help you with a problem. The support people have been quietly let go.
Loaners cost money and the dealer sounds like they have taken their stand. Going to the BBB is not going to help one bit as this is a policy issue arguement between you and the Dealer. If their policy is to not provide loaners on US acquired vehicles, then you are simply out of luck.
Toyota announced that they lost money for the first time in 70 years!
Tough times for all of these manufacturers now. I think you are either going to have to borrow a car while your service is getting done or rent one.
