Well, this is what I wanted to get done:

• 12mo/24k inspection
• oil/filter change
• battery drain test (possible battery replacement)
• airbag sensor recall (I've contacted my US dealer to check my VIN; still waiting)
• radio presets not scrolling through (a/v unit replacement)
• bitch about leather seat (crosses fingers)
• bitch about peeling dash plastic moulding (crosses fingers)

Depending on what happens, my guess is it's going to take a day if they find that I do need the airbag sensors fixed, and replace the whole a/v unit.

When you set an appointment for work that will take that long it shouldn't be a prob getting a loaner.

It's the principle of it! Why shouldn't I get a loaner car? I bought an Infiniti. If I wanted mediocre service I would have bought an Altima coupe instead.

it's just an old trick.......lol.........my dad used to do that, when his car needed servicing...they told him: "go back to your dealership"

so we put the dealer frame and when they saw it, they didnt bother asking questions...lol

but the car was still bought in Canada though......

just try the myth then, get a dealer frame and put it on..

but get another dealer's one.......the dealer you originally went to already know you.
