When I brought in my car for service, I asked for a loaner but they skirted around the issue by saying it'd just be an hr (I brought my car in for service in the afternoon so it wasn't like I needed to go to work). I never thought about it since their reason seemed reasonable. Alta Infiniti has been good at accomodating me in terms of express service at reasonable hrs to me (I can't bring it in early), but I wonder about the loaner.

Alta Infiniti is half an hour from my house! Hmmm...

 

BMW was a POS. Only give loaners if approved and etc.

Infiniti hands me the keys, no questions asked.

 

psyh, just go there and tell them to give you a loaner car and slap them in the face...hahahha
