Yeah heard about that awhile back. Have you been to the Auto show yet? I'm going down this Saturday, have to see the effort to place an order on the GT-R. I'm guessing if i place now I may get it in 2-3 years...oh well.

 

I'm probably going down Sat morning, with my kids in tow. I definitely want to see the GT-R in person and a few other cars, too.

GT-r is awsome in person guys. I know that the 2 GT-r's in edmonton are going to the highest bidder so good luck with the ordering unless your rich. At the Edmonton show the guy talking about the GT-R was an idiot. He was telling people it was the Skyline and that is how it is badged in Japan. What a tool. He could not even tell me the Hp.

 

Yeah the GT-R is awesome in person, the pictures don't do the car any justice at all, much like the G37. Did anyone pick up the GT-R poster and brochure that they were handing out? very nice pictures in there. They screwed up the Titanium and Gun Metallic colors though. Yeah I talked to them for a bit and the list is up to 1-2 years. Might be putting a deposit in soon if possible to get on that list.

 

Was at the autoshow today and I must say that I really admired the Bentley's and Marerati's they had there. Yo know that "serious" money is being spent here when one of the Bentley's listed at $264,000 had a "Sold" sign in the window..

"Um.. yeah.. I really like that Bentley you have on display. How much? OK, I'll take it".. yikes!!

No joke, I see a silver GranTurismo driving around all the time new the YMCA downtown in front of the condo's by the Bow. Million dollar condo's so not surprising you'd see cars like that here. Speaking of a new exotic car dealership opening in Calgary, why not!? perfect weather for it here! I mean 20+cm of snow so far and no sign of stopping for the next few days!
