Got offered in a 2012 G37x with Prem, Nav Sedan 12k miles

39 Months

1750 at signing
399 a month including tax

MSRP $43295

Dont really have the finer details at this point as I called in and am still waiting for the dealer to get back to me.

Can anyone let me know if I can do better. Thanks

YES! Absolutely!!!!
(Unless you're in Canada because apparently their lease prices are ridiculous).
I have the same thing except 10k miles and I pay $387/m clean. Only other thing I paid was the DMV fees that no one can avoid. The rest my dealer covered...
Your payment +tax, shouldn't be more than $350/m for a fact AND a down payment shouldn't exceed 1500...ESPECIALLY since the new body is coming out, people get better deals for 24 months...
Either bargain HUGE, or find a new dealer.

I leased my car from a leasing company, you should definitely check in with them more so than a dealer. That way you can go back and forth with them. I know Crown Auto Leasing in Brooklyn, NY has pretty good deals. Just go back and forth with the leasing company and the dealer to see how low you can go and take the best offer.
(All of this should be able to be done over the phone).

The numbers I am hearing are MSRP $43255
Money factor 0.000590
Residual Value 57%
Sales tax 7%

Selling Price $39850 - $2750 in rebates

1750 at signing 12k miles a year 39 Months

Can anyone let me know how much in rebates should be available. (I do not qualify for a loyalty rebate as Its been 9 months since I gave back my Infiniti at end of lease)

Also does anyone know if that money factor is right for this month. Not as of last month (September Numbers)

Thanks

Here's what I got and am picking up the car today from Ray Catena -

2012 G37xS Sedan - Liq Plat w/Stone
Premium, Sport, Nav, Kick Plates, Splash Guards, Trunk Mat
1500 total out of pocket = $350/24 months/10k year
Residual - 68%
MF = .00019

Thanks but your numbers are based upon a 24 month lease. Because of the negative equity I have going in I would prefer a 39 month lease.
