I can spend 32 grand on a g37. The 2008's are going to be 4 years old once 2012 rolls on by.
Do you think the 2009 / 2010 G37S 6mt coupe will be around 32 thousand by then? (ones that have less than 50 thousand km on them)

i think you can get a much better deal then 30 k for an 08 g37...

09's had fewer issues than the 08's, get an 09 if you can

 

^^^ Yeah i agree, i would get an 09 if you can. I think the materials and quality is better in 09. I have an 08 coupe and my pops have an 09 sedan and the materials and quality seems to be better for the 09 sedan.

I think the aluminum especially for the door handle grip is cheaper or different because they seem to get scratch more easily compare to the 09. And i know for sure the material/quality for the 08 steering wheels was different for me, because i just got it replaced under warranty due to the scratches on the rubber part next to all the buttons and the leather for the steering wheel was kind of fading for me

 

Yes washi trim was used on the doors
The steering wheel was changed in '10 or 11
These are the only changes I know of, but wouldn't say they make the entire car low quality to stay away from

 

The 08 is the same. Just a few buttons different. No big deal, the only Problem that I know of is the battery dying.
