Lease Swaps

I have never done a lease swap and was wondering if the new leasee has to pay bank fees or any other sort of fees when taking over a lease. All help is appreciated.

depends what bank it is. if it is IFS, you are still on the lease contract even if someone takes it over.

some banks have a $300 tranfer fee, some a $895, etc..
