What's the earliest I can return a lease with out getting hit charges?

 

Depends on the lease you signed. If you signed a "Closed End Lease" it would be right after you make your final lease payment and even then there will be an disposition fee and potentially other fees like over mileage, excess wear and tear and physical damage.

I suggest you read the lease - it will be all spelled out in the document.
