Good Lease Offer?

Hi fellas , I'm looking to join the G community and wanted to see what you guys think of this lease offer.

I'm looking to purchase a 2011 G37 Coupe Sport 6mt. I'll be taking advantage of the Multiple Security Deposits (MSD) offer they have to lower the money factor on the lease. Here are my figures:

39months @ 15k miles/year
MSRP: $44,245
Negotiated Price: $39,024
Residual: 61%
Money factor (after 9 refundable security deposits= $4,050): 0.00047
Drive off (1st month, gov. fee, license fee, bank fee): $1,762

Monthly after tax: $374.34

Does that seem like a great deal? Also, am I able to negotiate the government, license, or bank fees?

This will be my first lease, so I greatly appreciate any feedback.

Looks like a good deal to me, but members are going to ask what options the car has.

It's the standard Sport 6mt model without any options.

What is the interest rate without MSDs?

Yes, the $44k is the MSRP for the G37s 6mt.

Original money factor w/o MSDs was 0.00137. Payments would have been $439.57.

Using the MSD program, my monthly was lowered by $65.25/month, or roughly $2,500 throughout the life of the lease.

^Security Deposits lower the money factor. You get them back at lease end.

2011 6mt cars come with premium, sport and navigation.

you cant negotiate the fees. However your monthly price is GREAT....especially at 15k miles per year. I am assuming its a 3 year lease.

very good deal, the negotiated price is super low, why I hate the L.A area always trying to compete with so-cal
