I am about to pull a trigger on 2011 FX35. MSRP $47275 Invoice $43448. Price quote I got $38948+tax.

Will there ever be FX37 soon? if so I rather wait.

I asked one of the infiniti guys at the autoshow and they told me no plans as of yet. But for that price pull the trigger since the 3.5HR is also a great engine, almost the same as the 3.7VHR.

My latest quote is $4900 previouse quote $4500 under invoice. which was a lie. Miller Infiniti lied to me just to make my life miserable. Drove 2 hours to Miller Infiniti. When I got there they said would honor their quote. 30 minutes later said they will not. After an hour of waiting at the Miller Infiniti, I was very frustrated. Headed for Infiniti South Bay.

Drat! I just checked UK Infiniti. Indeed a FX37 out in Europe.
May be I will talk to the guys at the Infiniti to give me $5000 under invoice. Than sign.

Thank you for your insight. I will post some PICS tomorrow. It is Black on Grey.

Brand new owner of FX35

My wonderful experience at Infiniti South Bay.

Today 12/30/2010 I became an owner of a brand new 2011 FX35.

MSRP $47'275
Invoice $43448
Quoted $38'948
Paid $500 more when I got to dealership.

Reason original car they quoted to me had tiny scratch, Arnold manager himself guaranteed would remove them by the time we finished paperwork.

Drat......
made it worse technician made a mistake and while buffing the scratch out burned and cracked the paint. No one is perfect.

Arnold best manager I have ever met personally guarantee that would find same car from different dealership and will present to me next day which was today.

As promised by 4:30pm he called me and asked me to come over. Cordially asked if I could pay $500 more since the other dealer would only sell the car for $500 over invoice to them. Well $4000 under invoice is still a great deal. Why not but Arnold gave me goodies for free.
1. Cargo Net
2. Trunk rubber mat
3. Full set of all weather mats
4. Trunk Cover

Best of all special financing which is not heard of on such a deal. A 0.9% APR on top of all discount.

I made $5000 down payment with $1080 / 36 month payment. Sounds more like a lease offer but it is on a financing.

While I was there I test drove brand new Infiniti G37 IPL. They are way better than my 09 G37S Coupe.

The best improvement I can immediately notice was on all the little details they improved on the car. Seat rail moved back and forth as if they were sitting on a cloud. They all look very similar yet different level far better than my 09. I think Infiniti just made a well made car even better.

These are just some of the recent Feedbacks on Miller Infiniti

Dec 31, 2010
Lies to lure customers with better quote. When you present legitimate price quote from other dealers. Call the dealer to screw the deal you already have. No matter what don't go to Miller Infiniti.

Come here if you want your credit messed with! When you get your credit run to find out if you qualify for a lease or long term sale, they will put 5 inquiries on your credit for one check. This will lower your credit. Hence if you want your credit score to go down - go here! If you know what you want then maybe this is the place to go...

The Worst Service Department Bar None These folks will just lie to you about loaner cars etc... my last experience with them was this morning and I just got in my car and left. Avoid this Dealership and service department at all cost.

Apr 3, 2010
Bad Service High Prices I called to make an appointment and they couldnt get me in for a week. I asked for a loaner car when I made an appointment and they didnt have a car for me. Then when i got there they didnt look at my car for 15 minutes. After waiting for an hour and half for my oil change and inspection they charged me 75 bucks for the oil change.

$$$ Took my FX45 in this morning to have shocks/struts installed. After I got to the dealership, the service person told me it was going to $1000 just for the installation! I thought he was joking; he wasn't. Jon Flanagan was great, but now he's gone. The guy I got today was... less than great. Unfortunately, I probably will not get a chance to rate them since I did not officially get service. I did launch a call into Jack Elliott, so I may get to give my feedback.

Terrible Service I cannot believe the terrible service I've received from Miller Infiniti. I took the car in for two minor issues both of which they claimed don't exist. I pointed out to them that had I been given the opportunity to do a ride along, which I had requested, then I could've pointed out the problems to them immediately instead of wasting a whole week waiting for the technician to find the problem. Substandard service!!

Feb 8, 2010
Those people are the worst it took them a week to take care of small issue. I highly advance you to found another Infiniti dealer other than Miller.

THE WORST These guys are a bunch of tools and I'm shocked Infiniti allows such arrogance to prevail. Avoid them. Go to Glendale or Santa Monica and let these jerks wallow in their own ignorance.

^^^^this will happen from time to time. Even up here in the twin cities, there 4 infiniti dealerships. I will only go to ONE and its 3rd furthest away from my house because of the ridiculous customer service.
