Signing lease today! Good Deal??

Hi

I am looking into a 39 month lease 15k a year on a 2010 G37X with premium package list $39,260 Dealer is offering at $36,500 and covering my trade shortage. KBB shows my trade at $18000 they are giving me $20100 (what I owe). I will pay $3250.00 TOP including tax. Lease comes out to $430 a month with buyout at end of lease at $23,160 (59 percent) Does this sound like a good deal?? I want to sign today!!!

Thanks,

Mitch

What's the money factor? Also, is the $3250 the total out of pocket for TT&L?

MSRP: $39,260
Negotiated price: $36,500
+TT&L: $3250

=GROSS CAP COST : $39,750.00

CAP COST REDUCTION(down payment): $0

ADJUSTED CAP COST: $39,750.00

RESIDUAL: 59%
RESIDUAL VALUE: $23,163.40

MONEY FACTOR: 0.00189 @ 39 mo

MONTHLY PAYMENT: $544.20

That's what I get your payment should be around. Are you putting any money down?

you added the total out of pocket instead of subtracting it.

Oh he is paying for the TT&L....I misunderstood him. In that case I get your payment should be $454.73. You know there is a $1000 loyalty cash for Infiniti owners...perhaps they are adding that on top of it and that's how they are coming down to $430 ( I get $427 if so which is pretty close).

Looks like a good deal to me!

MSRP: $39.260
Negotiated price: $36,500
+TT&L: TAX = $2281.00 +T&L = $548.00 = $2829.00

=GROSS CAP COST : $39,329

CAP COST REDUCTION(down payment): $3250

ADJUSTED CAP COST: $36079

RESIDUAL: 59%
RESIDUAL VALUE: $23,163.40

MONEY FACTOR: 0.00189 @ 39 mo

Total Monthly Payment : $430.84
This is what I come up with from Edmunds and its the total montly payment quoted
by dealer.

Does this math look correct the trade is a wash!

Does this sound like a good deal for a 2010 G37X with premium package

So TT&L was not $3250 as he had suggested....OP...next time give all the details in a clear manner

Thanks all for your help.
I am brand new to the site and to leasing so sorry for any confusion. I am just trying to find out if this deal looks to be fair. From what i am seeing on this site it seems to be fair. Any thoughts on adding GAP if avail??

GAP should be included and not an extra fee - BE CAREFUL this is a BS sales tactic. Read the whole lease agreement carefully!
