Please check my lease math [09 vert]

Hey guys, can someone please check my math on this lease deal?

Details:
MSRP: $52705
Negotiated: $44858 (includes VPP discount, destination)
Residual: 61%
MF: .00217
Sales tax = 7.95%
Lease term: 36 months

My math: $561.49 (with tax)
Dealer's math: 589 + tax

I'm pretty good with numbers, so I'm wondering what's causing the discrepancy. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Assuming this is a 36 mo. lease, your math is right on. Unless he rolls in the bank fee and acquisition fee.

We can calculate the lease here: http://www.leasewizard.com/calculato...TOKEN=54597498

Are you including the bank fees and such in your calculations. They average about 1300 for tag and fees.

Greetings,

I came up with $561.45. I also have been looking for a new car. Every dealer but one came up with my exact numbers. They sometimes throw in the bank fee (I would pay this upfront versus adding it to the lease). There is a significant discrepancy in the "dealers" math. By the way...is $44858 invoice price (below or slightly higher)? You should be able to get invoice. The residual value and MF rate is pretty darn good. Especially the residual!

With no money out of your pocket and $1300 in reg and fees I get 603 a month. I don't think you are including the drive off fees which will add to the cost.

Your price looks good. It's invoice and about 1500 under that. It's what I go since there was a 2K credit for 09s and it was at invoice.

I put $1500 out of pocket which maybe drive offs were $900 and I put another $600 down and have a payment of 603...which was exactly what my lease calc says. Also the VPP price is the same as my non-vpp price. So it must be good for those who don't look up invoice or selling prices.
