You can put it on leasetrader.com or the other site, I forgot the name. You can also just post an add on craig's list and have someone take over the lease. Your last option is to just pay the termination fee ans end your lease.

It should be in your lease, if you don't feel like looking through it, just call your dealer and have them check your paper work for you.

Swapalease.com or leasetrader is your best bet other than putting it up on Autotrader hoping someone will pay enough to buy out the car.
But if you need insurance rates with a DUI you know who you can call. Insurance won't start charging until your convictions go through, will you need an SR-22? My sis caught a DUI, i rewrote her insurance, but she hadn't been fully convicted of the DUI at the time, so she got off of another 6 month period without having to pay the DUI rates, and just required the SR-22. However, we she comes up for renewal, Mercury is going to charge for the DUI offense. But she'll be at grad school not needing a car at that point. If you really need any advice or direction just send me a pm and i'll respond tomorrow when i get in.

well i already bought insurance with progresive yesterday. they where the only ones that could give me an out of state sr 22 but this was because to many tickets in Cali im not convicted of anything yet i do have a great lawyer who is a friend and helped my brother walk away from his dui so right now im worried about car and ins because 690 plus 460 for insurance is a lot of $$$ but i need to start having some type of ins history for the future

I believe it is cheaper to put the car in someone else's name and purchase Drive Other Car coverage. Just my .02, I'm not an auto specialists, i only do commercial.

The car is a small piece of why he would be getting a high rate. He would still get charged a hefty premium due to the driving record. In my experience, Progressive is ok, but Mercury will have a better premium for SR-22 drivers.

The premium with a non-owned auto policy could be more expensive, the insurance companies will see it as a SR-22 driver with access to multiple vehicles as apposed to one vehicle which they could accurately rate off of. Otherwise, they have no idea if he's driving a toyota corolla or a Lambo, until he files a claim.
