How does this deal look? (G37S 6MT)

I emailed my dealer asking about the price of a G37s 6MT with NAV, and Premium package with an MSRP of $42,730.

I was given the price: $39,282

Here are the numbers they ran for me for monthly payments:

$2689.40 due at signing (I requested the break down of this amount due at signing since I want zero down, typically how much is due?):

24 months / 15000 miles = $483.15
36 months / 15000 miles = $494
39 months / 15000 miles = $461

24 month residual 15000 miles = 71% money factor .00190
36 month residual 15000 miles = 61% money factor .00216
39 month residual 15000 miles = 60% money factor .00191

The tax is included in the drive off:

Va taxes 1245.75
va tags 66.50
processing fee 299
first payment 483.15
acquisition fee 595.

I am guessing due to the higher money factor? These are his calculations.

Higher money factor on the 36mo lease.

funny that it seems a few days later you did pick it up. thats about the exact deal im getting from my dealer here, except mines came out to $495 with a couple more extras, or possibly higher tax percentage.

im getting a hassle and a half coming up with a cosigner since ive never had a loan before.. this is almost a nightmare!

numbers are good, you have sale price, residuals and money factor, plug em in to the calculator. you can come up with about a grand less out of pocket, and you will be at around 520 a month, with just the fees up front.

I dunno, 39k seems quite high for an 08. I was offered 37k AUTO with Sports package and Nav like 5 months ago.
