Cypher3, just make sure you are paying around invoice or maybe no more than $100 over invoice after destination.
Be sure that there are no extra addons or fees then you should be fine.
Deals differ from month to month and state to state. So as long as you are ok with the sale price, it really doesn't matter what some guy from another state says the payments should be.

Thanks panther and ridewithg. I understand the cap cost itself is the most important part, however when I went to dealer today I got the feeling his numbers didnt add up. A quick example of this is he offered me 2 cars, both the exact samer car except one had a spoiler and the other didnt. The price difference per month, only $7. Now how is that possible since the spoiler is a $500+ option. This makes me think the $560/month w/1100 out of pocket fees etc is too high. They showed me the lease sheet printout but it didnt add up to me. $44,700 MSRP , $40,800 Invoice and the selling price was $40,600 or something like that. With $1100 out of pocket ( rest of fees rolled in ) it comes to $560 a month for 39 months 15k a year.. This seems like it just doesnt add up to me. So now I have the option of that which he can TRY to get and I can pickup within a week HOPEFULLY or theres a car on his lot thats the same minus the NAV for $536/month w/ $540 due at signing. I really dont want to go without the nav but this deal seems so much better, no? I really want the premium sport nav though. I live in NJ, does anyone on here know anyone that might be able to help me out?

I do not understand how anybody could say this deal is high? You are right where you should be.

You are getting a FULLY loaded G, you have a great deal.

If you went 24 months the prices would be a few bucks less.

Fees in NJ are right around what you are paying, I paid like 1650...

I would LOVE to know how on earth anybody is leasing a 40,000$ car in the low 400s.

What is the residual 85% ?

Correct, it is impossible to lease a $40k or more G37 with no money down for low-400s payments. The only way to attain that is to put down significant amount of cash to lower the cap cost. If you want to lease one for low-400s, it has to be a base model (mid 30s MSRP, low 30s sale price)
