Another Lease Deal

Well what do you guys think:

Sport/6mt, Navi, Premium, Kick Plates
VPP
20K/yr @24 mths
1400.00 out of pocket
Payment 574 a month taxes included

They also threw in factory winter mats.

The only bad thing is they did not have the color/options I wanted so they have to drive it here. So there will be a few hunderd miles on it. I could take one from the dealer with the same deal and options just a different color with no miles.

most people are getting deals in the $400's. also, get them to deliver the car on a truck, especially if the car is going to be driven a hundred or more miles.

I have a hard time believing people are getting deals in the 400.00's for a loaded G37S with 20,000 miles a year for a 2 year lease. The sticker on this car is $44,000. And I have no cap reduction. My $1400.00 is only start ups, first month security deposit and a few other fees.

I think it should be a little less since you have VPP.

There are those who get the cars at or under invoice, so it's not impossible to get great deals.

$570/mo is high even with the 20k/year.

Always work with the purchase price first.

Purchase price $41,000. Maybe I missed something but I have not seen a deal on this board a lot better, not for the options, miles, and length of lease that I have. I have seen leases in the 400.00's but they are Journeys or have a lot less options, money down, or longer length.

That's because not everyone knows how to go about negotiating leases. And maybe the ones who do aren't willing to share everything. A lot of the information is indeed fragmented on this forum. But if you put the pieces together and look for these threads, it'll do you good.

well considering its a 6mt it has a better residual value and the overall price is cheaper. Im paying the same thing for 15k per yr but mine is a auto (so had to add the sport) i would say you could get them to go about $30.00 Lower. Also i only put 1k down (upfronts) so im not sure if your 1400 is including that.

I had VPP, as well, and got mine in the $400s for 24 months at 15k/year after putting $1500 cap cost reduction. Is your $1400 out-of-pocket cap cost reduction or simply fees and first months, etc.?

Just fees, first month payment, bank fee, other misc. fees. With 1500.00 down I would pay around 530.00. My payment also has 6% tax included

I don't know how the mileage factors into the deal, but overall, it doesn't seem far off.
