The little half-height lug nuts that come with spacer adapters always suck. With 20 nuts to torque down, you will inevitably round one of them. Even more likely if you need to take them off and re-install.
Last year I bought a set of Gorilla 0023SD small diameter lug nuts from Amazon for $22 shipped. Couldn't be any more perfect.
Well it looks like I need new tires sooner than I thought.

I'm at the north tip of 485. I'd definitely be down for a comparison. I thought about getting springs but I'm too neurotic about ride height and spring rates.
Would also be a good comparison for tires... I'm on crappy Nexens the dealership put on; trying to see if the stock tire size will be enough or I need to go through with my plan for new + wider wheels. I had Nitto NT555s on my 350Z in 225/245 and still wanted more front end grip. It would wash out every now and then

Alignment is a little up in the air. I think the shop that did it tried to align the car with 220lb of wheels and tires loaded
I have a 6 month unlimited warranty on it so I think I'm gonna grab front and rear camber kits and get it dialed in. The fronts rub just a hair on hard bumps so I will go a little more negative up front; the rears had pretty gnarly camber wear so I will go a little more positive out back.It does handle a lot better now. Steering is lighter but more responsive and it has the same planted feel as my old Z. Grip is pretty tenacious as well. I just need to get all my settings dialed in to balance grip/looks/tire life. In retrospect going with the 8.5/9.5 probably would have been the better move.... I will see what happens with this set of tires. If I can get 20K out of the rears I will probably jump on the staggered train next go round.
Yeah, getting that rear camber/toe kit at a minimum will really help that wear for sure, that toe has to be out of spec right now and that will make your tires angry 
You could flat roll the front fender edge and keep your camber lower when if you end up getting the front camber arm kit. At any rate, keep it up

Flat rolling the front fender could do the trick as well. I'm going to strap my FauxPro to the fender and see what is actually making contact under load, then make a decision from there. Worst case scenario though it looks like another $700 or so to get things right 
It looks so mean though, and it drives nice too. Definitely worth it. Just gotta keep the tires alive.

Optimum Porter Cable 7424 Kit Remove swirl marks and paint flaws
Paint is in abysmal, terrible shape. PO must really have loved drive through car washes. I need to tighten up my Civic before I sell it as well, so aside from my time and elbow grease it will pay for itself immediately. That's really going to take the looks of this thing over the top. Hoping to get it all done before C&C October here.
