Jonesmeister's Build
I was disappointed to find out the car had stability control you cannot turn off, bummmer dude. I didn't want to pull a fuse or anything like that so I followed Lt*Che's thread and it works awesome!
Ok so I finished the install about 4 hours ago. Lt8Che's pic was correct! ONLY thing that differed was the location of the Bosch box. On a 6 speed, the box is behind the shifter. Wiring is the same and uses the same pins.
Attached are my pics. Please don't judge how dirty it is, I need to clean it up and I forgot to reinstall the composite plugs, so I will be removing the center console one more time.

Oh and it does work! On is on and off is off!

Killer build man, love the video of the runs on the strip. Is this considered the "brake light mod"? Aka you can do a burnout or drift etc without the slip and traction kicking in?
Appreciate it! I'm not sure about the brake light mod, I think that's pulling a fuse? Well with the yaw sensor temporarily disabled, I can certainly drift, but I'm not sure about a standing burn out or dounut. I haven't tried yet, one because I don't know how to lol and two I dont want any attention from law enforcement lol.
May 15, I'm going to a drift event and will try a few passes. Not expecting to be good, but I'll have fun. Partially because I've never done a drift at a high speed nor have I felt comfortable trying it in a parking lot. Last thing I want to do is wrap my car around a light pole :/.
Anyway I'll post back once the event is over!

So i copied Rochester and recycled the factory shift boot. Going to see if i can get my girlfriend to fold the "leather" and put a stich on it so it looks better. Until then i used black shoe polish to dye the fabric black.
The OEM boot has four 1" leather tabs intended to wrap over the inner ring and zip-tie. You know what I'm talking about, and from your pics it looks like you lopped them off.
Instead, I inverted the boot, and slipped it on (with WD40, because tight ft) inside-out, pulling it down the handle with those tabs. Then you re-invert the boot over the arm, and you have a reasonable folded-over trim on the handle.
I probably should have explained this first. Sorry.

. Are ypu not worried about the wd40 staining or ruining the handle's fake leather or the boot?

Been there, done that.
Just adjusted my clutch pedal. Trying the softest setting for the APF or AFP whatever it's called. Will report back. I don't think I'll be a fan of it, but I think the gf will be able to successfully drive the car.
