I love this build, well thought out, being meticulously executed, nice color and styling, and racing performance inspired.

+10 points for the Nissan badging. I didn't see any turbo mention in the future plans in the powertrain department

I think these guys are making close to 400 hp NA in this 350z which also uses the VQ engine. Check out the description for more info.

Yes I have heard of people going for larger single turbos instead of twin turbo setups.

i bought a bike a while ago so i stopped daily-ing the G . i don't drive it much nowadays.
Only thing that's changed recently is more aero work. i made some chassis mounted side splitters with the Top Secret skirts. This was just last week, i plan on color matching the paint to silver but i'm waiting to change a few minor things before i do that

here are the few pics i took. still need one of them on the car

No, not yet. I looked up places nearby that might do it but never actually got around to going. maybe i'll try again sometime soon

in other news, i made an impulse buy recently with some parts in Japan. As far as i know they will be a first on a G so we'll see how it turns out lol. Have also been thinking of resurrecting an old diffuser idea i had started a few months ago.. i had made a template, although i have also not been in the mood to spend too much on the G lately..

kind of hard to tell, but you can see below the first draft which turned out to be too wide (the outer sections relative to the main inner channel). it should look good length and height-wise though. the real problem is the Tomei is so big i would need to cut a large portion of the driver's side in order to mount the damn thing

You need a boot ring (collar), which a trim piece between your shifter and the boot. Reach out to Lathe Werks, and he'll help you out. https://www.lathewerks.com/

Welp, I just replied to a 2 year old post, LOL, thinking the end of the page was the end of your thread. I'm such a noob.

Heck of a build, OP.

Updates
It's been pretty cold and raining the last couple weeks so i've been driving the car a lot more. Finally took the time to work on a couple new projects

Finally completed the full Nissan rebadging (minus the analog clock).. and maybe that floor mat lol

Today i test fit these carbon mirrors i got from Japan. I need to modify the piece that actually mounts to the door a lot more to have them sit in a position that lets me see well enough. but at least i have a good idea of how theyll look now

and of course.. more aero! can you tell what the final design of these fenders i made will look like?

out of the mould, quick test fit after just some trimming and sanding.
need to drill all the holes and get it properly mounted, plus cut out the vent/fender liner next
whole thing weighs in at about 1.6lbs

If I might add I feel that the badge is taking away from the aggressiveness of the front. Fenders are fascinating.
