[QUOTE=guyinswmo;3839899]Welcome aboard! I love my G, but the malbec black is a huge pain to keep clean!

i have a 2011 sport black and as much as i love it when its clean, any dust, pollen, particle shows up...especially in spring, its a nightmare to keep clean..anyway liking the mods dude, i am also thinking about the carbon fiber, but not quite sure yet if I will do CF or some other 3M option...

Thanks man! My buddy is doing some paint work for me this week while I'm out of town so I should have a few new pics this weekend.

For those that don't follow the "what did you do to your G" thread in the sedan forums, here is a few pics of my new paint work.

I'll chime in again on this thread, just great touches. Gave me some solid ideas that I may be applying to my G. That maroon breaks up the black perfectly!
BTW, do you have a paint color code & brand for that maroon?

Thanks, it means a lot coming from a forum vet like you. As far as the color goes, it is a custom color my buddy came up with that does auto body so unfortunately there is no code for it.

Bummer about no color code, but I'm sure I can find a something close.
A Black Logo on your new cover would go well IMO.
Thanks for the pics!

Not a problem! And as soon as I find an emblem it will be painted malbec black and attached.

Check your pm's Newt. might be some helpful info for you

Guess it's time to pull my build thread out of hibernation. I was hoping to have wheels along with these, but uncle Sam had other ideas lol. I decided on the Tanabe nf210 springs since they're supposed to drop the rear a little lower than the Swift's. Will post pics after install!

Looking forward to pics & your impressions of the Tanabes, and if it drops a bit much in back there's an easy fix for that.

Just got my rear NF210's installed last night. It sits pretty low...I should be getting some pics and measurements of initial heights this evening. Definitely love the drop though, absolutely beautiful, while still being mild and great ride comfort.
