Looking forward to the results and sorry about your issues w/ the HFCs, I know you'll get them back where they need to be.

I just hope I'll be happier with the MXPs. That way I won't miss my RHFCs much.

Alfredo does the NST pulleys come with a new belt? or do you reuse the old belt? The reason Im asking is because the dealorship said my belt was cracking and wanted to charge $270 for it id rather pay $248 for the pulley system if it comes with a new belt

No, the belt does not come with the pulleys. Also, it is a slightly smaller belt for better fitment with the new pulleys. Link of the belt below:

Installation of the pulleys is around ~$200.

Btw, NST has horrible service so if you order the pulleys from them, your old belt will probably break and you would still be waiting for NST to ship your pulleys lol (srs)

I waited 2 months for these and they shipped them after I filed a report to my bank. They always say their pulleys are in stock and ready for immediate shipping. Clearly, they are not.

Oh and just this week I found a company that sells this same set but stock size (not underdriven). Link below for those interested.

The garageline pulley is interesting. Do you know about there customer service at all? I have to do a good search and figure this out. Also is the pulleysthe same size so id use an oem belt?

I would guess that you would still use the OEM belt.

About their customer service, well idk, but they do post on the370z forum.

I'm sending them over to Fast Intentions as soon as I get my MXPs installed, to see if they can be fixed.

If I'm ok with the MXP double resonated test pipes, then I will probably sell them afterwards.

A small block of metal, like the size of a domino, was very securely welded to the mid-pipe section of each RHFC, with two holes drilled through each. On the other side of each hole, a nut was welded on for the threads (and to eliminate the need for a crescent wrench in tight spaces.)

The OEM support beam had the 1" turned-up ends cut off, and a length of L-shaped metal was then welded to the OEM support piece, turning it into a large D-shape, if you can visualize that.

The whole thing bolts right back up where it was originally mounted, using the two OEM bolts with bushings, and two new bolts on each corner into the customized section.

Then all the edges were trimmed up, and everything was painted. I have to say, it looks extraordinarily OEM at first glance. It's really a superior, creative piece of work.

As for changes... there is ZERO vibration now from the exhaust! I'm rather shocked about that. So that's a huge win... that and the confidence in knowing I may have headed off a cat-failure down the road.

Thanks, Alfredo!

Looks like I took one for the team lol.
I was also surprised how the vibration was reduced after my muffler shop welded some extra hangers.

Anyway, that work looks pretty darn good.
Might steal that idea

If everything goes right, these will be installed by this afternoon, along with the NST pulleys.

Adjustable length hangers, that can be bent to fit. And O2 connectors welded as a two-piece, 45* angle. I swear, it almost looks like those O2 sensor connectors are designed to swivel to however you need the sensors to hang... is that right? Amazing.

That is so-o-o cool looking. Very impressive piece of mechanical work.

Haven't noticed odor for now and I was checking for it. The loudness is a bit more, but sounds very good. More exotic and a bit less deep.

Only negative is that it has more drone than the FI RHFC when accelerating on a high gear in highway.
