Actually I was considering new. However I'm not going to pass on a good deal. I offered them $35k w/ trade-in and they are asking $39k.

Yikes! That's beyond my reach, Robert. More power to you, man.

Given your hobby interests and history, seems to me the more reasonable approach is something used that can free up funds for modifications. But then, you can say that about any car. It's all relative.

Yeah. LOL I have expensive taste. I'm liking the lower payments as well. If I was to go new I think I would save for about a year. But I really want this car. Kinda wish I went with it over the G when I was in the market two years ago. Again nothing wrong with the G just think I'll be happier in the V.

Robert, sounds like some cool plans, and I'm thinking most of us guys would be happier in a V.
Sry, couldn't resist

Do you happen to know how much camber you were running in the rear?

Thanks! My G37xS has -2.0 in the front, and I wanted to see if an S would have similar results.

Just wanted to share that the car is still running GREAT! think just turned 16k or 17k miles. The wheels could use a good polishing to bring back the shine. Not much else to report other than one of the best cars I've ever owned!

Well wife and I talk it over this past weekend. Looks like we'll be keeping the G for a bit longer. It really has been a great car and only has 22,400 miles on it!

Nice!
Hopefully you'll hang around more often too.
BTW, still bummed seeing your Epic Z go down in flames

I'm really glad to see that you're keeping the G. What a beautiful set up that you had.

Well I have a feeling Robert will still be looking and the G will be gone soon. Everything he said is what I went threw. I parted out my lovely G and traded it in.

What happened to the Z Robert?

I don't think the G will be a lifetime owned car. However we will own it for at least one or two more years. With the payment dropping in half it will help us get caught up on the $10k we got hit on house taxes. (Long story; They appraised the property and not the home. )

The Z.... dumbf*ck crashed it.

Took the family out to the Zoo today in the G. Since we bought the G I decided I didn't have to be cautious on milage anymore. Man I knew but was reminded how great a car it is. Opened it up a bit and was hugging the turns. It lacks the power the V had but it's a great car. Think we'll be keep it for a long time to come.
