So drop off for trans and fuel systems on Monday, but got a little package in the mail from Status seats today. Afternoon plans are install my new seat and take pictures for a DIY since I haven't seen one yet on the site.

 

Seat installation plans did not work out as planned. Brackets did not line up correctly. Should be getting new brackets in from Wedge Engineering specifically made for what I need.

The Black Pearl is still sitting around in the shop. Transmission components are at GTM and have been for a while now. Awaiting the shipment back to continue the build.

Getting anxious to get her back and running strong!

sorry to hear about all the delays i always get excited when i see you update this thread. i m curious on seeing the interior when its done!

you dont like BC coils? i know they make one for the X but i dont know if its for a coupe. I love mine been 4 years+ no real problems except for some noise depending on weather lol but i just turn up the stereo.

 

Yeah, slight delay on a couple of items/upgrades... "patience is a virtue", someone said that and even though its true I'm still super antsy to get her back. Ordered another status seat to finish the seats inside, gonna have a race and comfort setup. Been looking at steering wheels too.

The BC coils seem to be hit or miss. I hear a lot of issues with noises from them. Still very hesitant to pull the trigger on the BCs.
