Been past a month now to have transmission components sent back from GTM. I understand being busy, but I do not understand constantly differing stories each week. A thread will be soon to follow on this experience and others. From other accounts the same parts have taken a couple of days to a week. Frustration is setting in and I just want my car back.

Currently missing: TX2K and Hot Import Nights. Would be nice to have her back in one piece to attend either of these events.

 

That's a bummer, especially the inconsistent delivery, hopefully all will be well soon, keep us posted

As I wait, now impatiently wait, for GTM to finish up on the transmission parts I keep getting stuff in. The parts are piling up and I'm anxious to put them in the G.

Performance Parts on deck: 1300cc Injectors, New Fuel Pump/Regulator/Return, Boost Gauge/Controller, Upgraded Valve Body/Torque Converter/Flex Plate (@GTM)

Aesthetics (awaiting delivery): Zele Front Bumper

New Wheel Set Up (on order): 18x9.5 Gloss Red F14s, Wrapped in PSS 265/40/18 Square

Interior: Status Seats/Harnesses from Tuner Ready (shout out to Johnny Huang)

You are correct sir! Thought it would be a good idea to get a lighter dedicated track set up. I love my Works but they are heavy (20" are never really light)

It has been 8 weeks now since GTM has received my transmission parts and "began" work. This company has let me down and has not given me any sort of consideration. I continue to be lied to and just want what was promised to be worked in "2-3" days.

I just want my car back in working order...

 

So 3 days has turned into 8 weeks
That's horrendous, hope they compensate you somehow, G/L.

 

Yeah, they are pretty awful of a company. Filed with BBB and continue to call to try and get parts back.

I've placed a backup order through Level 10 in NJ and will hopefully get parts soon!

 

***Update***

9 weeks later and 2/3 of the order have shipped and arrived. Still awaiting the final piece (torque converter)

Since I made a duplicate order I will have a Valvebody and Torque Converter FS sometime soon.

 

about time!!

cant wait for some major update!

 

Looks like towards the end of this week the Black Pearl will be alive once again! (fingers crossed)
