I have a USA 2012 G37 Journey Sedan RWD non sport non nav literally the baseline of baselines for the car lol. Pretty sure RAS is not on here, I think I'd feel it at some point driving

What is the difference here, I see theres a length difference but idk if Im missing something here.

Any suggestions on brands, or what exactly I need would be more than appreciated
