Help Konig Ultragrams and Akebono Clearance?

Konig Ultragrams and Akebono Clearance?
I'm looking at the Konig Ultragrams for my G37S Coupe. Will this clear the Akebonos? From the offset I believe it won't poke and I would think it would clear the calipers.
Front - 18x9.5 +25mm Offset (A type = less concave for caliper clearance)
Rear - 18x10.5B +24mm Offset (B= more concave rear)
