Wheel Fitment Question

I have OEM tires on my 6MT sedan, 225/50/18 and 245/45/18 and was looking at the Fast FC04 wheels which have a 18x8, 18x9, 40MM offset.
The wheel offset calculator shows front will sit further out by 11.4MM and Rear by 16.3MM. It seems like a small amount but when I eyeballed it with a ruler it looks like
it will be in line with the rear fender. The front's seem to tuck more so I am not as concerned.
My concern is I don't want it to look like a monster truck since I am at OEM height.
Should I look at 45MM offset wheels?

Thanks in advance

So just to let anyone know who is looking at similar fitment it fits perfectly. I did need a 5MM spacer in the front to clear the brakes.
The wheels are almost lined up with the fenders, no tucking and no sticking out.
