Is my G lowered?

So I am having major tire wear issues. Only got 5k out of my back tires, I know I should have been checking the wear just been busy. Fronts are doing great though. I have not been able to get an alignment either so I went to a shop today and they said they can't do it because it's lowered and they can't get it on the lift.

My first question is, is it really lower? I bought the car like it is.

Second it's my understanding unless it completely slammed which it isn't a shop with an in-ground lift can still do the alignment. Is that true?

I'm not mechanically inclined so any help is greatly appreciated.

Correct. They are 245,45,18 tires on 2014 Maserati Ghibli Alfieri wheels.

An alignment might bring everything back to spec if that is the issue

edit: forgot that you mentioned they couldnt get it on lift. Go to a different mechanic. Im lowered on springs and it’s a mild drop...my mechanic cant do oul changes anymore so i gotta go to a car wash/oil change spot because they have the underground bays...annoying

i mean...lowered cars get alignments and work done all the time...i just think it’s not worth the trouble for some of these guys

another note: did you get your Sidemarkers ( orange strips) modified. It looks gray in one of the pics

As others have said, that does not look lowered. They probably just don't have a lift low enough or don't want to go near your car, which if they think that's lowered then they aren't familiar with G's and you should probably look elsewhere anyway. I remember when I first got my G I called a shop and they said they won't touch it. They just don't have experience with G's it and it's not worth it for them. Business must be good. Also, when you say major tire wear is it even or uneven wear? Depending on how bad it is you might be able to rotate them and get more life but definitely get an alignment. Especially if it's uneven wear.

Wow, my car is pretty slammed and the Nissan Dealer who did the oil change, had no issues.

Your car definitely doesn't look lowered.

THIS is lowered.
