Help needed on Left lower ball joint loose.

A few days ago I went in for a oil change at the dealership. And I got this info from the service guy.

So I'm assuming that bushing is not replaceable and and entire new part is needed, cause I'm trying to figure out why the the service fee is high.

So, I think this issue has been around for a few years (2015), I added my before Stop tech BBK. I believe under any breaking this is the reason why I feel a strong vibration near the front axle and squeaks when i go over speed bumps, which I thought was coming from my shocks.
So; is that ball joint replaceable, or do I need to replace that entire part and are there any aftermarket options?
.

Manufacturers like to use sealed life-time joints for cost and assembly reasons. Replacement is by replacing the entire arm. You might be able to find non-sealed replacements that'll have grease nipples.

Check discountinfinitiparts.com if you have to replace the arm.

Ok thanks for the info.
I was wondering if my upgraded sway bars cause this arm to be weak/loose. That was a few months before my BKKs in 2015, 3yrs since I had the car. Not sure on the milage , I'm the only owner. Hhhhmmmm, I did hydro plane and hit a guard rail in 2013, so maybe that could have caused it to be weak.

I have creaks in the passenger side and am getting ready to replace the entire transverse link - can find them for around $130 on Rock Auto and you get new bushings (my issue) and a ball joint pre-installed.

Looks to be something I can tackle by myself and it you're able to would save quite a bit of money.
