Help with Ball Joint Replacement

So I need to replace my left front lower ball joint, but it seems like it can't be pressed out of the control arm like a normal ball joint, so do I need to replace the whole lower control arm? And I'm assuming I'll need yet ANOTHER alignment too right?

Checked discountinfinitparts.com and can't seem to order just the ball joint (at least from them). Might call your dealer and see what they say.

Both dealers in the area were useless. I called a few websites and when they check for the balljoint they get a part # for the whole control arm so I went ahead and bought one. I confirmed on the 370Z forum that they are integrated. Thanks for the help though!
